Like many Greenlanders, Hans (16) grew up in both Denmark and Greenland. He had been living in Denmark for several years, when he decided to go back to his hometown Tasiilaq on summer holiday. His return flight turned out to be overbooked, so Hans just stayed in Tasiilaq. That's two years ago now. Hans is living with his grandfather.
« When I'm here I miss my friends there, and when I'm there I miss the friends here. There is no big difference between living in Denmark and Greenland. We do the same things. In Denmark it's warm, and here it's cold. That's the biggest difference.»
